Privacy and cookies for teacher enquiries

Who handles your enquiry?
Math Abacus for Kids LTD handles enquiries about teacher training. Contact Anna Reshetova at indigomental@mathabacus4kids.co.uk with questions about your personal information.
Requesting the teacher guide
We collect your name and email address and, optionally, your international phone number. We use these details to send the guide you request and respond to your enquiry. Requesting the guide does not subscribe you to ongoing marketing emails.
The form submits your request to our teacher enquiry register hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. It does not load a SendPulse form or Google reCAPTCHA. Security and anti-spam checks use technical request information, including a daily hashed network reference for request limits. Automatic email delivery is not yet enabled. Email link interaction reporting is a separate feature and is not currently connected to this website’s activity records.
Your optional video choice
YouTube video embeds are blocked until you accept optional video cookies. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed address. If you allow videos and press Play, Google may receive technical and viewing information and use cookies or similar technologies. You can instead use the external YouTube link, where YouTube’s own privacy information applies.
Remembering your choice
We store your video choice, the notice version and the time of your choice in your browser’s local storage under mathabacus_teacher_cookie_choices, for up to 180 days. This record is kept on this browser; it is not an email marketing permission or an identified customer record. You can change your choice using Cookie choices in the footer. Rejecting optional cookies stops embedded videos from loading and does not stop you requesting the guide. Withdrawing permission removes loaded video embeds; it cannot erase cookies already held by an external provider.
Advertising and analytics
Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics have not been added to this teacher landing page. This cookie choice does not grant permission for future advertising tools, uploading your email address to advertising audiences or sending marketing emails. If optional services change, the notice and choices will need to reflect those services.
Keeping your information and your rights
Our company Website Privacy Notice describes retention periods and your data protection rights. You can contact us to ask about information we hold, request correction or deletion where applicable, or object to processing. Service providers may process information outside the UK; contact us for details of the arrangements and safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
You can also contact the Information Commissioner’s Office about data protection concerns.
Facebook enquiries and personal guide links
When you request teacher information through our Facebook form, we record the submitted contact details, the form and lead identifiers, your chosen language and your enquiry status in our teacher enquiry register hosted through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. SendPulse is the selected email provider; automatic delivery is not yet enabled. A guide request is separate from optional ongoing email marketing.
Your personal link contains a random reference, not your email or phone number. Opening it sets a secure, HTTP-only first-party cookie named __Host-teacher_link, valid for up to 30 days, so the website can provide your requested guide without another contact form. The link can be opened on another device. Do not forward it: activity under that link may be associated with your enquiry.
Optional guide progress reporting
Progress reporting is off by default. If you choose to allow it, we associate interactions, visited guide sections and contact-link clicks with your enquiry. This does not prove that a section was read and does not subscribe you to marketing. You may turn reporting off using the guide preferences panel; the guide remains available. Anonymous visitors do not receive identified progress reporting. Video cookie choices are separate.
Use Email preferences to stop recruitment follow-ups, or contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We keep enquiry records only as needed to handle the enquiry and retain evidence of communication preferences; contact us for details.
